1. General Information

Spets Studio is a small business based in Småland, Sweden, offering handmade jewelry crafted from recycled glass, pressed flowers, and pewter. Each piece is unique, and slight variations may occur.

By purchasing from Spets Studio, you agree to the policies outlined below.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona).
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping (custom orders may take longer).
  • We ship worldwide from Sweden using PostNord.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Sweden: 1-2 business days
    • Europe: 4-5 business days
    • USA & International: 5-7 business days
  • Delays may occur due to customs, seasonal peaks, or courier issues.

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for ensuring that their country allows the import of jewelry.
  • US Customers: Orders under 800 USD are duty-free, but some states may apply local sales tax.
  • Non-EU Customers: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Lost Packages

  • Returns: If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

6. Product Care

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
  • Store in a dark and dry place when not in use.
